Migdalia Beauchamp (Dalia)
As a real estate broker in Colorado, Migdalia have successfully helped many individuals buy, sell and trade properties, and continues serving her clients with professionalism, integrity, and full commitment, focusing on understanding her client's needs and following through on her promises.
Migdalia was born in Puerto Rico, and after living in various states (in USA) and different countries, Migdalia came through the military to Colorado Springs in 1996. Living as part of the military family for almost 20 years, she understands all the ups and down of relocations, and what it is like to be the “new kid" in the city”.
She also knows all the little things that makes the difference between a good experience and a great one! She knows that whether it's finding a new home, selling the one you have, relocation or military transfer, teamwork is essential to getting tasks done right the first time.
She has years of experience in the Real Estate business as a member of the National REALTORs Association. She is fully bilingual (English and Spanish), with very strong marketing, negotiating and Internet skills. Migdalia understands that the old fashion way of marketing is not enough, and that new technology and the internet are a most. So she combines the “old fashion” personal service, with the new way in marketing and technology and her networking system, to get the job done and provide the best service. Migdalia strongly believes in giving her clients that personal one on one relationship that is needed in order provide them the excellence in service they deserve and expect.
Besides selling real estate, some of Migdalia’s interests include Fine Arts, photography, and painting (which she loves to do during her limited spare time) and is a member of the BAC Gallery Artists at Manitou Springs. She receives a lot of joy from helping and motivating people of all ages achieve their dreams and goals. She is also the proud mother of two, her 27 year old daughter and her 24 year old son who is presently serving in the ARMY..
